I ask that you provide me with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or appointment reschedule prior to your reserved time. This will enable me to accommodate other guests.
New clients and all no-shows will acquire a fee of 50% of the service value, to be paid before we reschedule your appointment. Loyal clients who give less than 24 hours notice recieve one warning before the fee is applied.
Note: A card will be required on your file after your first failure to give 24 hours notice. Tardiness of more than 20 minutes will forfeit your appointment and count toward this cancellation policy. Repeated offenses will result with termination of services. Please let me know if you are not receiving the text or email confirmations for your appointments, and I will make sure we have your updated contact information. If I am running behind schedule, I do my best to let you know so that you have the opportunity to take care of something you may need to tend to.
